There are a lot of services offering high quality contractor leads but in reality they aren't always as good as the pitch states. I have therefore found that one of the things that is very important is to look into whether the agreement will have some kind of guarantee. Some of the professional services offer that the leads they find will come with a guarantee that states that if the prospect doesn't turn into business then you don't have to pay for it. Now THAT is great deal if you ask me.

Unfortunately this is not the norm but it is worth looking for.
