Recently I received a newsletter from the famous Dan Kennedy. Dan is famous for his insight into both online and offline business and I really enjoy reading his newsletter. You know what it is like to have the “light bulb moment” where everything is clear? That is what Dan Kennedy can do for you.

If you are the manager of one or more sales people I would like to encourage you to go read the latest post about how to view your sales people and what to do about the top performers and the poor performers. When explained by Dan it really seems quite simple and easy to grasp. I don’t know if it is that simple when it comes to practice both I think that it is worth a try.
